To enter the 2008 Thailand Property Awards you must be nominated, and a company cannot nominate themselves or be nominated by a member of company personnel. Unsolicited entries will not be accepted. No nominations are sought for Real Estate Personality of the Year award - this award is decided by and presented by the publishers of Property Report magazine.

Nominations will be sought from all sectors of the Thailand real estate industry - developers, agents, architects, interior designers, construction, suppliers etc. No points are awarded in the nomination process, being nominated for an award ensures you entry into the next stage.

All nominations will be sought by and submitted to the organisers. Once nominations have closed, the entire information will be catalogued in the presence of BDO Richfield Advisory Limited.

There is no nomination fee.

Entering

Once a complete list of nominated companies has been finalised in the presence of BDO Richfield Advisory Limited, each nominated company will be contacted and requested to enter.

Entry will consist of completing an entry form and providing requested supporting documentation and images. All entries must use this form and must be submitted in soft copy to the organisers at info@thailandpropertyawards.com.

Once entries have closed, all entry submissions will be catalogued and checked against the award eligibility criteria in the presence of BDO Richfield Advisory Limited.

There is no entry fee.
